Let’s take a quick trip down memory lane with online nostalgia. Giving away my age here… but as a child, I remember everyone having to get off the house phone so that I can use the internet. The long-drawn-out sound of the internet running its process for me to finally log in. My generation is probably a lot more patient and this could have very well been a part of our conditioning process. Have you ever waited 10 minutes (at minimum) to connect to the online world? It was standard practice back in my day.
