Consistency

No matter what your goal is in life, it is imperative to remain consistent and keep things at a constant flow. This applies to work, whether towards that promotion or career advancement, relationships, making your partner feel secure and building trust, school work, achieving better grades, in healthcare or personal athletics, becoming a stronger and healthier you. The results may not be as instant as Botox but they will surely be the drive to help you grow and develop as a person.

How to become consistent?

Find a goal, a challenge or something of high interest. Work on that each and everyday. Even if you have limited time, a few minutes per day to even relax and breath may be sufficient step in consistency. When you conquer the baby steps, move on to bigger tasks that require greater discipline. This even applies to learning a language, how to play an instrument, getting along with others and more!
