Although still in BETA, Clubhouse from my experience is a breath of fresh air. With not truly knowing if people are real or authentic these days I truly appreciate an app like this.
Clubhouse is a unique combination of LinkedIn meets live and interactive podcast where you not only get to hear a plethora of credible information from a panel of experienced professional hosts including celebrities but you can raise a virtual hand and they will bring you to the stage to pitch, contribute or ask a direct question. Guests get to be vulnerable and open for constructive criticism and feedback, mock pitch to scale their business, or just network, even to land a job. Some have helped to raise money for those hit hard by COVID.
It is remarkable to see people from all over the globe come together with everything being so restricted. Despite the time zone and location differences, you see people actually connect seamlessly and that’s just what the world needs right now.
